The living/family room is spacious with an entertainment center, large sectional couch, futon, secondary dining space and work area. The living area leads to a full kitchen space. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and master bathrooms. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is central air conditioning. Minutes from the water park, stadium, race track! The space The rooms are spacious and the common areas are very large to accommodate families. The kitchen has sufficient space for preparation and two dining areas are provided within the home, and an outdoor patio set is provided at the front. There are multiple desks for those that require working from the house or just want to have a dedicated space for their laptop or studies. Guest access The whole house is yours. I will provide details about accessing the house via the keypad lock at the main entrance as the arrival date gets closer. Other things to note There is a laundromat directly next door that is very affordable for wash only. Drying can be done with the provided clothes lines at the house. Airbnb requires that hosts notify guests about any cameras on the premises for privacy reasons. A camera is installed at the front exterior of the house for security and monitoring of activity. There are no cameras within the home. Any items left behind after the check out date and time are no the responsibility of the host and may be thrown away during the cleaning process. The maximum guest limit is 8 guests. Any number of guests beyond the maximum accommodation number will result in a fee of $20/night/person to be charged to the booking guest.
