The Sheiling is a traditional Highland croft house with stunning views across the sea to Skye. Modern & comfortable inside, the cottage is the perfect place to retreat to at the end of a busy day. Hidden within the heart of the village, the cottage is a short stroll from the restaurants & cafes Mallaig is known for. The picturesque fishing harbour, local shops and railway station are minutes away. You can catch the famous 'Harry Potter Express' steam railway or sail over the sea to Skye. The space Comfort and relaxation are the key aims of the cottage. The focal point of the sitting room is the wood burning stove with comfortable sofas encouraging guests to relax. The new Shaker kitchen is well appointed, a traditional feel with modern appliances Belfast sink, dishwasher, microwave, fan assisted oven etc. Continuing the focus on relaxation, the master bedroom has views across to Skye and a kingside bed. The hillside bedroom has 2 large oak single beds. A power shower and underfloor heating in the bathroom complete the cottage. Garden seating and a table are stored on the deck at the back of the garden.
