New Central AC & a pet is welcome! Walk to everything Niantic Beaches, Boardwalks, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Bars, Ice Cream & Marinas! We hope our generational family farmhouse home brings you as many great memories as it has for us! We are new to Air BnB but we think you will find that our service background and all the effort we have put forth into the home we love will add up to be a great week of vacation & relaxation for your whole family!
