Master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a king size bed , TV with Roku streaming and a walk-in closet. Florida Room has a 50" Roku TV, leather reclining sofa plus a full size pull-out sleeper sofa . Includes all linens, towels, kitchenware, some spices & condiments. Gas BBQ grill. Washer and dryer. Garage and plenty of parking. Central heat and air. Ceiling fans. The pool is salt chlorinated and slightly warmed by solar panels. The pool does NOT have a pool heater. High speed internet, WiFi, 3 TV's with streaming and Netflix. Two bikes, coolers and fishing gear. Close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, etc. This home is not child-proofed for young children. No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside only. No Pets. Enjoy boating, kayaking and fishing from the dock. The Anclote River offers old Florida charm that takes you into the unique world famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. We love visiting the many restaurants, fishing, boating, diving and enjoying the many pristine beaches nearby. We want our guest to have access to these wonderful treasures too.
