3 The Square is nestled within one of the most idyllic honey-hued Cotswolds villages. Dressed with stylish and snug interiors, this two bedroom bolthole is perfect for families of four, couples or small groups of friends in search of a quintessential Cotswolds escape. The space Ground Floor The cottage is accessed via the pedestrian gate at the edge of The Square, where a pathed stone pathway will lead you to the front door and into the entrance hall. To your right, you have the stylish sitting room with its plush emerald velvet sofa and feature log burner, and from here, follow the corridor round to the bright, chic country kitchen and dining area, that welcomes you with an elegant palette of warm neutrals and French greys. There’s a lovely large wooden dining table with farmhouse-style chairs, perfect for evenings in and morning brunching, and charming original window features. Off the kitchen, you’ll then find the boot room and laundry room. First Floor Upstairs, you have two cosy bedrooms and a family bathroom that sit off the quirky geometric landing space with its characterful sloping roof. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and the other a Super-king (that can be made into a twin on request). In these, you can expect locally commissioned artwork and original fireplace features, alongside stylish botanical print curtains that mirror the rural and flourishing surrounding beyond. The luxurious sky-blue family bathroom is complete with a generous bath and overhead rainfall shower. Outside At the front of the property and overlooking the Square’s courtyard, is a south-facing outdoor dining set up for four enveloped by garden blooms. The perfect spot for a chilled glass of rosé at golden hour or your morning coffee ritual. Guest access The entire cottage Other things to note 3 The Square welcomes one dog for an additional fee of £40 per dog. Please contact the host to arrange for a dog. Kindly note that dogs are not allowed upstairs or on any of the furniture and should not be left unattended at any time. There is a travel cot & high chair available on request. Please note bedding for the travel cot is not provided.
