The Bunk House - is a light, bright guest house with colorful touches in a quiet beach neighborhood. Located in St Joe Beach between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe and just a short 3 block walk to the pristine sugar white sand that stretches along the coast with no highrise or tall apartments in sight... a step back in time! Charming Port St. Joe is just minutes away for shopping & great restaurants. The space This studio space with full bath and kitchenette is perfect for a couple or family with small children looking for an affordable beach getaway. Kitchenette includes an electric cooktop, sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, dinnerware, flatware and more. Located above an unused workshop you will need to be OK with stairs. New wall A/C unit cools the space nicely. Room fans, TV w/ Roku and Wifi included. Pets: A Per Pet fee of $15 per night will be required. Dog must be over 1 yr old, house trained and only allowed on the furniture, if covered. When booking - let me know size and age of dog. -No cats please Guest access Beaches: there are 4 beautiful beaches to explore each has it's own uniqueness! ☆ St. Joe Beach only 3 blocks away at the end of our street. Walkable or drive and park beachside where you will find a small path to the beach. ☆ Mexico Beach is less than a 5 minute drive with several access points. ☆ Windmark Beach can be accessed in WindMark Village. ☆ Cape San Blas is 30 minutes away and a lovely drive! Other things to note Parking for one car in front of the double gates and plenty of street parking. This is a secondary unit to 'Summer Breeze' the main house. You must be respectful of their space and keep outside noise to a minimum.
