While others go home after a fun filled day at the beach, you can sit back, relax, have a sip of your favorite drink and admire the most majestic sunset Long Beach has to offer. “The Beach House” renovated to be a family vacation home, is now open and available to be enjoyed by others that also love the beach. After all it’s too beautiful not to be shared. This house is cleaned and maintained following CDC and Airbnb guidelines. Surveillance cameras are placed around the exterior of the house for your safety. Tampering or moving any of them would result in immediate violation of house rules and will terminate rental agreement. The living room, dining room and bedrooms have been completely remodeled with brand new furniture. The bathrooms and fireplace mantles have been kept original to maintain the orignal historic charm of the house. Guest access NO Parties! If you want a party house, find another location. All additional/outside guest need to be registered and signed in. Only gatherings within your group is permitted. Any disturbance where police are called, management is informed of nuisance coming from where you are staying, or neighbors complain about disruptions related to your stay you will be subject to a $5000 fine and immediate termination of your agreement and all guests will be removed from the party with no refund. No local guest, if you live or temporarily reside 2 hours away from Long Beach please message host prior to booking to discuss. Parking: Two car garage (do not park on sidewalk in front of garage). Beach access: The house is located on the beach. Step off the deck and set foot directly on the sand. Perfect for early morning yoga or long walks/runs on the beach. Wifi available throughout the property. Early Check-in at 1pm or Late Check-out at 2pm is an additional $250 if available. Bike path: Conveniently located next to the bike path, you can bring your bike(s) or rent a city bike to visit the shops and restaurants at Shoreline Village, Pikes Outlets or sight see and get great views of the Queen Mary! Rentals: We offer private fishing charters, booze cruises and boat tours as excursions. Inquire with host. Book a gondola ride with Gondola Getaway which is located across the street. Paddle board and kayak rentals are also offered across the street at Kayaks On The Water.
