Faced with polished grey and black granite. Our house offers free parking at the front or back of property, private gate at the back/side of property, with a lock box. The main door is on the ground level. The house consists of large hall, fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room, living room and 2 large sofas, 1 bathroom on ground floor with a large bath. All the bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor which includes 2 large specious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower, bedroom one is our family room if required and the bed arrangements are as follows bedroom 1 - 1x double and 1x single bed bedroom 2- 1x double bed bedroom 3- 2x single beds ideal for children. We also have a dedicated space for smokers outside on the house. Guest access House is surrounded with several tourists attractions, for example: The pipe factory museum, Glasgow Cathedral, Necropolis, the oldest house in Glasgow - Provand’s Lordship museum built in 1471, St. Mungo museum of Religious Life and Art, Wellpark brewery offering tours around brewery, Glasgow police museum, Glasgow green park and People palace and glasshouse museum with winter gardens – recently refurbished and the oldest public space in the city. All of those attractions are around 5 minutes walk away. Our house provides 3 bedroom house with one king size bed in two main bedrooms with en-suites with showers, two single beds in a small bedroom without en-suite, kitchen, utility room, living room and big double bathed bathroom downstairs Other things to note House is situated in the east end of Glasgow. A bus stop is outside of the house with bus every few minutes to city centre. An easy 5 minutes walk away from Bellgrove train station with frequent trains to city centre. A local newsagent and laundry shop are across the road. Van Winkle BBQ Pit and Sain’t Luke’s & The Winged Ox, pubs with beer garden’s, The Barras market and Barroland Ballroom and an excellent A'Challtainn Fish Restaurant and Bar are couple minutes of walk away. The Drygate pub and restaurant and West brewery pub and restaurant are also 5 minutes away. A 5 minutes walk away is a cultural heart of Glasgow - Merchant city with several restaurants and bars. A local supermarket Morissons is 2 minutes away, Lidl is 5 minutes away and large Tesco is 15 minutes of walk away. Celtic football stadium is 25 minutes walk away, 5 minutes in the car, £5/£8 in taxi. It costs from £8 by a taxi to get to Glasgow Central and Queen street train stations or £4/£5 to Buchanan bus station, all in the city centre of Glasgow.
