Pathways surrounded by two mountain streams can lead you into the Canmore downtown core where an array of mountain cuisine and eclectic shopping awaits. Easy access to Banff national park, Kananaskis and surrounding attractions! In unit washer and dryer with laundry detergent supplied. On-site amenities include a luxury hot tub and a fitness room. One designated heated underground parking spot is free to guests for their stay. Free street surface parking is available also. Special Cautions: 1. The Lodge amenities are free to use including hot tubs, steam room & fitness room. Those amenities are part of the Lodge and may need closure for maintenance and repair which are out of our control. We don't accept exception cancellation request due to Lodge amenities outages. 2. Although we have pets and smoke free policies, and we use regular cleaning products to clean, It is impossible to guarantee that individuals will be free from allergies to pets, smoke, or chemical products. Guest access The smart lock passcode will grant access to the condo as well as all common spaces within the complex. Inside the building there is an indoor hot tub, gymnasium, and heated underground parking (you will be guaranteed one spot). Passcodes will be given three days before arrival. Underground parking garage drive aisle clearance is 7’3”. Absolutely No propane vehicles allowed in this garage! Bridgette Bar is onsite. Less than a 10 minutes' walk will bring you to the central part of Canmore, with many different restaurants and stores all easily accessible. Close by is also a river path that serves as a beautiful promenade. Other things to note 1. Underground parking: Garage gate height is 7'3". You will have a designated parking spot. The spot size is about 8.5 feet wide by 18 feet long. 2. Eating: If you don't feel like cooking, downtown Canmore is home to many different restaurants and other amenities and is only a short walk away. There are many supermarkets in the area if you need to quickly grab anything as well. 3. Transportation: Canmore Local (Routes 5T & 5C) is fare free! Roam Route 5 services many areas of Canmore using two separate routes. Route 5C services the Cougar Creek area of town, and the 5T provides service to the Three Sisters area. Each route departs from the downtown 9th Street Transit Hub (by ArtsPlace) seven days a week. Watch for the buses wrapped in authentic Bow Valley wildlife imagery around town and at a stop near you. The Roam transit routes cover much of Banff townsite, and there are bus stops near just about any spot you want to get to. 4. Visiting Lake Louise and Moraine Lake Due to high demand, visiting Lake Louise and Moraine Lake requires planning. Parking lots fill up before sunrise and remain full until sunset. Taking transit or booking a Parks Canada shuttle is easy, stress-free and the only way to ensure you see these iconic lakes. Booking your shuttle in advance is required. Moraine Lake Road is closed to personal vehicles year round. Parks Canada shuttles, Roam Public Transit, and commercial buses are permitted from June to mid-October. Exceptions will be made for visitors with valid parking placards, for people with disabilities and guests of Moraine Lake Lodge. Reserve your shuttle ticket online and park your vehicle at the Park and Ride, located at the Lake Louise Ski Resort. Additional seats will be released in a rolling window, at 8 a.m. two days prior to departure day.
