What potentially some of our guests don't love that much about our listing: - Street parking is reserved for other tenants who lives in the basement unit which has a separate entrance. - The backyard is shared with the basement tenants. - Though the basement tenants are very friendly, they have 2 kids who likes to run around in the basement especially during Summer breaks, so you may hear them sometimes during the day if you are very quiet. However, the tenants follow our quiet hour schedule so you can enjoy a goodnight of peaceful sleep. Once you stay with us, you'll want to come back because we provide you with the best Airbnb stay experience! Guest access You have full and total access of our house during your stay. The basement is a separate unit all to itself with a separate entrance for the tenants. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/or bike to the shopping outlet or to many of the stores & restaurants! Other things to note Additional guest fee apply after 6 guests. Please bring your own air mattresses, pillows, blankets & towels if you have more than 12 guests. Self check-in · Easily check yourself in with a keyless lock at the front door. Parking - 4 vehicles in total. 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is reserved for basement tenants. Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $1,000 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
