Enjoy a stay in the heart of the South Downs surrounded by nature. Whether you want a break away from the rush of everyday life, or a peaceful place to work from. Our cosy container is a beautiful sun trap, attached to our family racing yard. You’re in the perfect location for business or pleasure. footpaths a short walk away. The bottom of the downs a five minute drive and a handful of pubs all within a 5mile radius. Plumpton station a 2 minute drive you can be in London within the hour. The space The Container is a opened planned space. With a double bed, small dining table and kitchen area. The kitchen is fitted with a Hob, microwave and small fridge freezer. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet and shower. The property is well insulated with a heater. We have a telly and WiFi. Air-con available in very hot weather. Outside there is a decking area with a small table and chairs and also a lounge L shaped sofa/seat with small coffee table. We have a fire pit and BBQ ready for you to enjoy the lovely summer evenings. The container is in a prime spot for the sunshine. The area around the container is fully fenced, well behaved dogs are welcome. The container is situated near the main road, it’s likely there will be some traffic noise at busy parts of the day. This shouldn’t effect your stay but just to make you aware. The container is situated just off the yard, we are a working racing yard so there is a chance of a little noise, but this shouldn’t affect your stay. Guest access The Guest access is via the yard entrance, we are just off the T junction of south road/Honey pot lane. There is also a sign with Homewoodgate racing stables at the entrance, drive in and the container is down on the right hand side, you have your own gate way and drive way. Other things to note If you wish to use the fire pit or BBQ then please let me know in advance so I can provide logs, fire lighters and Coal. But you are more the welcome to bring your own if you wish. If you do use the BBQ we ask you cook on the grass please.
