Condo in Northside

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with an amazing view and cool breeze. Very private, quiet area yet still very centrally located. Situated at the highest point of st thomas, close to multiple beaches. view is amazing from up here. Overlooking the south west side of the island. Priceless sunsets. 60 second walk private complex pool. Private parking. Air conditioning in the master bedroom. Other bedroom and living area do not have AC but do have fans. The space AC unit in 1 bedroom, other has a ceiling fan. We are in a cool, breezy part of the island. Other things to note The location of this condo stays very cool and breezy. There is AC available in 1 bedroom and an overhead fan in the other. Hot evenings is rarely the case. IMPORTANT: electricity is VERY expensive, please only us AC if needed in the evenings, make sure windows and doors are shut and ALWAYS turn off when you leave. Unfortunately, power outages are a normal part of life in the Virgin Islands. You may not experience them during your stay, but there is a chance that you may. This condo does not have a back up generator for power, so please understand this is out of our control. Since we are located in a cooler part of the island these power outages can be dealt with reasonably :)
