Fabulous Andes barn apartment

We invite you to enjoy our newly constructed, private, 700+ sq ft apartment with kitchenette, high ceilings, & exposed beams on the ground floor of an historic barn home, located within the Andes town hamlet. *Please contact me if you need last minute accommodation for 1 night, we will try to accommodate you if possible. Although the apartment is located entirely on the ground floor, please be advised there are single steps in 3 locations in the apartment. The space The apartment has a kitchenette in a large open concept dining and living space with high ceilings. Step down into the cozy bedroom, which has an attached bath with shower. Connect to the Klipsch 'The One' wireless speaker through your devices. There is a private outdoor deck with seating for morning coffee in a garden setting. Plenty of lawn space to enjoy as well. Mature trees and abundant wildlife surround us here. Starry nights await as the milky way is visible on clear nights. *Please be advised there are single steps in 3 locations in the apartment. Guest access The one bedroom apartment is attached to the historical barn main house but designed to create a private setting with its own entrance overlooking the large front yard and main street. The attached deck and yard area in front of the apartment are solely for guests of the barn suite. Parking is located next to the apartment for one car (please let us know if you will need space for more than 1 vehicle). Other things to note *Please be advised there are single steps in 3 locations in the apartment. The kitchenette includes a combination convection/microwave oven, hot plate, toaster, small refrigerator, French press, and several other small appliances. If you prefer a drip coffee maker we can provide this if notified when booking. Keep in mind that cell service is pretty much non-existent in and around Andes, be sure to put in the directions on your map phone app in advance. As the apartment is located just off of the main road and within walking distance of Andes hamlet, road noise is sometimes audible when windows are open. Although we love children and animals please note that at this time the suite is set up only for adult humans.
