The space is completely private from the main home, so it is your space to enjoy! Other things to note Guest limit: Maximum of 2 guests allowed. Parking: Only 1 car is permitted on the property Parties: Parties/gatherings are not allowed. If you have any company coming to visit, please ask first. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. You may smoke on the patio/balcony. Guests must clean up after themselves and ensure that smoke does not enter the house. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises -Please note that if you are bringing a service animal, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $200 for a deep clean in addition to our regular cleaning fee.
