Privacy and relaxation in an entirely dedicated farmhouse, where you can enjoy a view that sweeps from the sunrise over the sea to the horizon to the sunset that floods the wonderful mountains and the characteristic gullies with light, completely immersed in the nature of the Abruzzo countryside. The space The villa is a romantic and picturesque 1920s house with exposed bricks and climbing roses that run along its façade. It retains all the style and flavor typical of a country residence enriched with a varied garden of tall trees, an orchard (figs, apricots, quinces, cherries, pears, pomegranates, loquats, etc.), vine and kiwi pergolas and a splendid lawn sprinkled with the scent of aromatic essences. A green oasis designed to offer our guests an experience of total relaxation and discovery of nature, with walks and furnished areas designed to offer landscape perspectives and observations of ever-changing blooms. The upper floor of the farmhouse consists of a large independent room, with independent access from the external staircase. Furnished with period furniture, it features a comfortable double bed, a cozy sitting area and a private en suite bathroom. Guests can admire the beautiful sunsets on the hills from the lovely outdoor terrace, or if they prefer, comfortably lying on the bed through the frames of a window, and a French window with a balcony opening onto the valley. Downstairs, the large fully furnished kitchen is the heart of the house. It is closely related to the outdoor dining area accessible through the large window. The kitchen is connected on one side to the living room and on the other to the sleeping area and bathroom on the ground floor. The bright living room (also with its own independent entrance) offers a double sofa bed, fireplace, TV, study area and a staircase-library equipped with guides and books selected for our guests. The sleeping area on the ground floor is separated from the kitchen by a hallway with a closet and laundry area. The room that enjoys the warm light of the sunset offers a view of the valley of the badlands. Furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, armchair, TV and an antique family console table with mirror and jewelry box. The bathroom is equipped with a relaxing bathtub topped by a fig tree trunk, a large shelf and a large mirror. A collection of mirrors adorns the walls to capture and reflect the light of the sunset that characterizes the back of the farmhouse. Outside, at the back of the farmhouse, you can enjoy an equipped outdoor shower, perfect for returning from a day at the beach and at the end of a hot summer afternoon. Here you can relax at the table among the wisteria and a riot of hydrangeas. Finally, the large garden is furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs, a sitting area and a large dining table. We also offer our guests Wi-Fi that can be extended to outdoor areas. Guest access The countryside experience is enriched by the presence of a vegetable garden available to guests. The farmhouse and its outdoor spaces are entirely available to our guests. Other things to note The privileged location in the middle of nature makes the residence perfect for birdwatching lovers and to enjoy the spectacle of the many fireflies that make the early summer evenings shine and the stars in the refreshing August nights.
