Feel at home in my cozy apartment! The 45 m² apartment is modernly decorated and fully equipped. The newly renovated apartment is located next to a riding stable near Weißenstadt, a lovely small town and only 5 minutes by car from the lake. It is very easy to reach and you can park in front of the house for free. Perfect starting point for activities (hiking, biking, skiing) in nature, spa visits, shopping, trips to the Czech Republic and more. The space The 45 sqm apartment is modern and cozy and well equipped. Whether you want to relax after a long hike through the Fichtel Mountains or a relaxing day at the spa – this is the place for you. The living area is the heart of the apartment, because you can feel right at home on the cozy sofa! Watch a great movie on TV or relax while surfing the Internet. If necessary, the couch can also be converted into a comfortable bed, creating a 1.40 m x 2.00 m bed for up to two people. The sleeping area has a very cozy box spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) ready for you so that you are in top shape again the next day. The apartment has two windows and a patio door to the garden at the back of the house, so you can sleep in peace. The roller blinds also allow a good darkening so you can relax undisturbed. The apartment has a large terrace overlooking the countryside. Here you can watch the horses of the adjacent riding stable and simply unwind. A spacious seating area for four people and an umbrella are also available here. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. You can prepare your morning coffee with the Senseo coffee maker. Some basics such as spices, vinegar and tea are also at your disposal. Conjure up a dish of your choice – plenty of pots, pans and sharp knives are provided. After that, you don't even have to rinse, because there is also a dishwasher. In the newly renovated bathroom, not only does a large rain shower await you, but also fresh towels that can be dried on the towel radiator. A hairdryer as well as shampoo and shower gel can also be found there. Weißenstadt is a lovely small town. There are many great hiking trails in the vicinity, e.g. to the 12 peaks. You can also explore the region by bike. In summer, the lake invites you to linger, in winter the Siebenquell thermal baths. There are also great ski resorts and cross-country ski trails. In Weißenstadt itself and the surrounding area there are many delicious restaurants - it is not for nothing that we are called the "enjoyment region of Upper Franconia" :) Questions? Right next to the house is the Finkenmühle Riding Stable, where riding lessons for adults and children can also be taken. Parking is available right in front of the house free of charge. Other things to note Check-in: From 2 pm Check-out: By 11am Tourist tax City of Weißenstadt: A spa fee of €1.50 per person and day must be paid. For children from the age of 16, as well as pupils/students and severely disabled persons from 50% GdB, the spa fee is €0.75 per person per day (proof required). Children aged 0-16 are non-contributory. The apartment is located on the ground floor, there is only a small step right by the front door. A car is an advantage. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Quiet at noon between 1pm and 2pm and quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Only use the fireplace by prior arrangement.
