Cozy house by the lake - boat upon request

Welcome to Sandvika! Here you will find a peaceful place near a sandy beach, with great views. The house has Wi-Fi. We rent a small boat with motor and oars, on request (150 per day plus fuel that can be purchased at the nearest gas station), which is located at your own floating jetty by the house. There is plenty of space around the house. Here you will find a fire pit and outdoor furniture. There are nice walks nearby. By car you can reach destinations such as Runde, Flø, Sunnmørsalpane and Ålesund. No pets, nearest grocery store five minutes by car The space The property is located in Sandvika in Gursken. The house has been recently renovated. The house has a shed and a boathouse. In both places, guests can find outdoor furniture for free use. Inside the house there is a spacious living room, and plenty of seating. In connection with the TV there are two armchairs. In the dining room there is room for about ten people around the table. New and modern kitchen with fridge and small freezer. In the basement there are larger freezers, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. In the attic there are four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed, the smallest bedroom has a single bed and a window in the ceiling. There is a trundle bed for children in the largest bedroom. In the bathroom there is a toilet, shower and dressing table, as well as towels and shower soap. There is an additional, single toilet in the basement. NB: The stairs up to the bedrooms and down to the unfinished basement are steep. Down to the basement, the door should be locked. A narrow, private road leads to the house. It is advisable to drive carefully. Guest access The whole house, as well as the associated outdoor area by the house and the boathouse, are available for guests.
