The 3* cottage is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 5 people The space This old barn has been renovated while preserving stone walls and oak beams. Today the 70 m² gîte with 1 floor is a friendly place offering comfortable accommodation. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It is adjoining to our home but our living space is opposite and the thickness of the walls of this old house allow for privileged privacy. You have a 36 m2 living room with open kitchen and a beautiful living room with wood-burning stove. The two bedrooms of 17 and 12 m² are located upstairs. The sleeping space is flexible according to your wishes (5 single beds in total that can be brought together or separated). To enjoy the sunny days, you have an outdoor terrace, a small shelter and a private garden overlooking the surrounding fields. Calm assured For your motorcycles and/or bicycles, our garage is available free of charge on request. Our 2 cottages (l'Establa & la Granja) can be rented together to accommodate up to 9 people. A 40 m² room is available (for an additional fee) for your meals, your moments of sharing or for your birthday-type events. Guest access Access to the common garden and swimming pool is accessible to all guests and is to be shared with the occupants of the 2nd cottage and the guest room. A large space in front of the cottage allows you to park several cars or large vehicles (for professionals) Other things to note The staircase leading to the bedrooms is dangerous and not secured by barriers. We prefer to limit children for now as a precaution. The pool is shared with the occupants of the 2nd cottage and the guest room. It is open from May to September from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. For the protection of children, access is fenced off. Large buoys and large water games are not allowed. Cat present on site Pets (max 2) are accepted at no extra charge if kept on a leash when outside. Access to the pool, bedrooms and sofas of the cottage is strictly prohibited.
