The 3* cottage is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 5 people The space This old barn has been renovated while preserving the stone walls and oak beams. Today the 70m² cottage with 1 floor is a friendly place offering comfortable accommodation. It can host up to 5 people. It is adjoining our dwelling but our living space is the opposite and the thickness of the walls of this old house allow privileged privacy. You have a living room of 36m2 with open kitchen and a beautiful lounge area with wood burning stove. The two bedrooms of 17 and 12m² are upstairs. The sleeping area is modular according to your wishes (5 single beds in total which can be brought together or separated). The cottage is not air-conditioned, but it remains cool on the ground floor in summer (if the windows are kept closed). The mosquito nets in the upstairs bedrooms and the cool nights in the countryside will allow you to cool the cottage in the evening. In order to enjoy the sunny days you have an outdoor terrace, a small shelter and a private garden with views of the surrounding fields. Calm assured Large parking space in front of the cottage. For your motorcycles and/or bikes our garage is available free of charge on request. Our 2 cottages (l 'Establa & la Granja) are rented together to accommodate up to 9 people. A 40 m² room is available (subject to a supplement) for your meals, meetings, or events such as birthdays. Guest access The pool is accessible to all guests. It is not private to your cottage; it is to be shared with the occupants of the 2nd cottage and the guest room/Tiny. It is open from May to September from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. A large space in front of the cottage allows you to park several cars or large vehicles (for professionals) Other things to note The staircase leading to the bedrooms is not secured by barriers. We ask that you exercise the utmost caution with your children. We cannot be held responsible in the event of a problem. The pool is shared with the occupants of the 2nd vacation rental and the guest room/Tiny. It is open from May to September from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. For the protection of children its access is fenced. Very large floats and large water games are not allowed. There is a cat on site, but she does not enter the accommodations.
