The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, reading articles, a designer floor lamp, 32” smart TV with premium cable service, Netflix and the possibility of linking your accounts to enjoy your programming. The Wi-Fi service is of excellent speed and is contracted only for the loft. The kitchen has a large peninsula of flamed amber granite with two adjustable designer stools, a table combining natural wood and laminated pipe with their respective stools, a natural gas stove and oven, a Whirlpool refrigerator under the counter, a microwave, an electric kettle, an electric toaster, a set of kitchen pots and pans, and the necessary utensils. In addition, all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The faucets in this space are high-end. A split unit is installed in this space. We are 1.6 km from downtown and close to main avenues. Guest access You will have access to the entire loft space and if you have a vehicle you will have free access to the property🅿️'s parking lot. Other things to note Our loft is designed for two people (keep in mind that the bed is double) or one person. It is not suitable for children and we do not allow pets.
