Set the mood with dimmable lights to highlight the vaulted pine ceiling. Wake up to a sunrise out your bedroom window. Enjoy a bonfire under the stars. No Wifi or TV (Instead VHS movies) A place to "Unplug", take a step away from the rush, go for a hike, visit town, enjoy simplicity & the beauty of mother nature. It's called CABIN LIFE! The space Note: If you are a worker in the Lac du Bonnet area, and are looking to stay long-term, let us know in a message and we can work out a special price for you. 4 SEASON Tiny House Sunrise Cabin Retreat offers a comfortable cozy stay in a great location that is close to hiking paths, golf courses, town beach. Full central air furnace and Air Conditioner heats or cools the cabin in minutes! There is a snow shovel located outside, YOU are responsible to SHOVEL to clear a path to the cabin for your entrance. You may also need to shovel a space to park your car. We encourage guests to be mindful of weather conditions( Manitoba Winter also late fall and early spring may have snow), you may have to SHOVEL SNOW. We provide a SHOVEL for clearing snow if guests wish to use the outdoor firepit, YOU are responsible to clear the snow around the firepit area if you would like to use it. Guest access The yard has a picnic table, a little porch and a beautiful Barkman brick bonfire pit to enjoy an evening under the stars. The driveway is a pull in round about designed for your vehicle and even your boat trailer or snowmobile. Minutes for ice fishing. Hiking trail walks in the unforgetable fall Autumn colors. Surrounding hiking areas are BEAUTIFUL in the Winter too. Other things to note Winter Arrival: There will be a shovel outside, you may have to clear a path to the door of the Tiny Sunrise Cabin. You may also need to shovel a space to park your car. If you want to use the fireplace, you may have to shovel the snow around it. DOUBLE BED. Designed as Quiet retreat 2 people, no additional guests allowed on the property throughout the day or night. No tents, No RV trailers. Surrounding neighbouring property is Private Property. Down the driveway road, please go slow, max 15 km per hour. The TINY House has No Wifi, No TV, No Dishwasher, No Oven & No BBQ The Open Concept bachelor suite has a walk in bathroom. It is designed for you to enjoy the SIMPLICITY, disconnect, unwind, UNPLUG and relax. Enjoy the double element burner in the kitchenette, microwave, cook your food over the bonfire outside. Rewind back in time with old school VHS. Take a deep breath, forget about the little things and ENJOY! After 10p.m. is quiet time in the little community of neighbouring cabins. Provided: Pot, Pan, bowls, plates, cutlery, 2 element burner in the kitchenette, microwave, VHS machine and lots of old school movies, 2 pillows (some people like to bring their own for personal comfort), bedding, extra blanket (drawer under the bed), running water, drinking water, fridge, freezer, PRIVACY BLINDS ON ALL WINDOWS, FULL CENTRAL AIR FURNACE (keeps you cozy in the Winter), HRV, AC ( A nice bonus for summer time). Freshly planted 31 new trees surrounding the property. Note in Summer Season: A riding lawn mower cuts the grass. (We will let you know prior to the grass being cut). Bring your own: TOWELS, soap and shampoo. Also make sure you bring Mosquito spray. Bring Firewood, or you can buy it from town. If you are out for the day, turn the AC off. Just use the AC when you are home. Check out: Put your Dishes away. Sweep/ Swiffer/Vaccum the floor. Take your garbage with you when you leave. Turn the AC off. Enjoy the relaxing getaway.
