Lovely 6 berth holiday home located on the extremely popular 4* Southview Leisure Park in Skegness. The price is for caravan only. Ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing break within a resort that offers live entertainment, swimming pool, sauna & steam room. There is also a fish and chip shop, laundrette, adventure play area, and convenience store on site. Caravan is situated in a quiet location overlooking one of the feature ponds. Pets welcome. The space A 12ft x 37ft lovely home-from-home with full central heating and double glazing throughout. Parking for two cars. Entrance leading into kitchen / diner, with spacious lounge with television and 3 piece suite. Large decked outside secure patio area with furniture. Equipped with two bedrooms; one with double bed, double wardrobe and private toilet, the other with twin beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Large family bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Everything you need to have an amazing time. Guest access Full access Other things to note Pillows, duvets and all bed linen provided. We also supply tea towels and a hand towel but ask guests to bring their own bath towels if required. To get the most out of your stay we recommend purchasing entertainment passes. Evening entertainment and other activities run daily from April until October. Passes also grant access to the indoor swimming pool and on-site gym. Entertainment passes can be purchased from Main Reception. Onsite fishing is also available for an extra fee, guests must have a valid rod licence.
