Outdoors: Our place features a private, fully enclosed, sunny rear garden with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and hammock. Inside: It's all cosy comfort and relaxed ambience - with plenty of stylish designer details, luxury furnishings and creative lighting to complement your stay - indulge, relax and nurture yourself in our huggae-filled home, a snug restfull space to truly unwind. The Kitchen & Dining Room: Our place features a spacious, fully equipped, dine-in kitchen with newly fitted full-size Dishwasher, a Belling Range style 3-oven cooker, six-ring gas hob, a combination microwave, coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods and full sets of flatwear, crockery and cooking utensils for dining indoors or alfresco. Welcome Pack Goodies: We believe that you should be able to relax and start your holiday straight away, so we put a welcome pack in place for you and true to our ethos our welcome goodies include 2L Organic milk, organic butter (vegan substitutes available), artisanal Derry Wheaten loaf, a home-made French patisserie chef's Lemon Drizzle Cake, Organic Irish oats and a bowl of fresh fruit - a wholesome offering to welcome you home from your travels. Living Room 1. A large, stylish Lounge with Cocktail Nook with plenty of space and seating for all your guests, the cosy, comfy decor, ambient lighting and soft tactile throws all available to snuggle up in and really relax. The lounge also features a WiFi sound system, full fireplace, Smart TV with guest Netflix & Prime streaming accounts and plenty of books, puzzles and games to engage with Cocktail Nook: Situated at the end of the lounge there's a wheeled cocktail trolley and a deep bucket reading chair - the trolley has all the cocktail accoutrement you need to shake, mix or stir up your favourite tipple! Living Room 2: The Sun Room - a cheerful, bright sunroom with elegant furnishings, luxury throws and French doors out onto the garden. Plus downstairs on the ground floor there's a convenient cloakroom with toilet and sink too. Upstairs Sleeping Arrangements: There are Five Spacious Bedrooms: three doubles and two singles, one with a full en-suite bathroom. All beds have super comfy superior mattresses, quality duvets and pillows, plus there are two sofa-bed spaces available for guests not wishing to share bedrooms. All our bedding is 100% cotton, high thread-count linen and each bed has added blankets, throws and decorative pillows to throw yourself into and lounge about with. There's also plenty of built-in cupboards, storage cabinets, bedside tables and power points too. There's a huge family bathroom - with romantic roll-top bath, bidet, toilet, sink and a glass-block shower too. Upstairs in one of the single suites there's also a brand new en-suite bathroom, with a huge walk-in shower with a deluxe overhead rainwater & handheld shower unit, complemented by a checquerboard slate floor and stylish, luxury black fittings. Travelling onwards - for your convenience there's also a full utility area with both washing machine and tumble dryers for your personal use to wash and refresh your clothes . There are Entrance vestibules at both the front and rear doors which have coat racks above radiators to dry off your outerwear - it is Ireland after all! There's ultra-fast broadband, excellent WiFi coverage and a neat working area located in the sunroom for home working. In the Summer (from late June to end August) there's a complete Outdoor Kitchen and BBQ with smoker, pizza stone, sink with running water, side gas-ring burner and a chopping board for you cook outdoors if you prefer. The sunny west-facing garden has a patio with full set of outdoor dining furniture to seat 8-10, along with outdoor plates, flatware and glasses to dine alfresco. In the top of the garden there's also a weather-proof, raised decking 'Whatever the Weather' area, a Zen Zone with hammock, outdoor pillows and throws so you can enjoy Derry whatever the weather! Amenities, objets d' art & designer furnishings make our place a 'home from home'- come enjoy our place like it's your own! Group size cleaning: There is a pro-rata, additional higher-rate cleaning fee from £35 to £95 on top of the four person base rate of £105. This applies to any number of guests above four. We try to keep cleaning costs fair and tied to group sizes, with the base rate low for smaller numbers of guests travelling. FULL SERVICE OFFERINGS: Fully Serviced Stays: we offer a deluxe Delivered Breakfast option & the option of a daily maid service - these are available for a nominal charge, for any or all of the days of your stay - just ask us about the Breakfast Delivery and/or Maid Service options available at the time of booking. Seasonal Decorations For nominal charge we 'Make our Home your Home for the Holidays' - beautifully and tastefully decorated for each of the seasons: Halloween, Christmas and Easter. Included are luxury touches like themed crockery, speciality lighting & deluxe seasonal welcome hampers. We decorate so you don't have to: our place becomes either filled with 'Festive Cheer' or a 'Spooky Spectre' to enhance your holiday travels - let us know at the time of booking if you'd like this added chargeable extra option. Festive Stay dates include: Halloween from 28th Oct to 1st Nov, the 12 days of Christmas from 23rd Dec to 3rd Jan and for the 5 days of Easter. DONEGAL DRIVING TOURS: Fully customisable Driving Tours - we work with husband and wife team, Amateur Ancestry & Genealogy expert 'local Derry Girl Deana' and husband, Troubles & All-things Irish Expert, 'local Donegal man Mickey' - who offer fully customisable driving tours of Donegal, Derry, specialising in the Inishowen Peninsula - a unique opportunity to experience this area of Ireland with a friendly, funny, insightful and educated local experts Half days 9am - 1230pm - £340 Full day's 9am - 330pm - £480 - Only available to guests - Tour times customisable - Early Evening tours available - Convenient doorstep pick up - Enquire at time of booking please. Guest access Remote check-in for your convenience. We're always available via the app just a click away. Privacy & Usage - guests enjoy full and exclusive useage of the entire space - there's no sharing with anyone other than your own family or group members! Accessibility - there's a single step up into the house. There's a ground floor toilet, plenty of space for wheelchair access too and a disabled parking spot on the street directly outside. Other things to note We welcome families and groups, but may ask for an additional security deposit between £350-£500 for large gatherings, young children as guests, events, or when the house is decorated at Halloween and Christmas. NOTE: Please leave all internal door keys in their respective locks, locked closed - to remove them creates a fire hazard. Managing Expectations : The house was built in 1867 and has been lovingly restored - here's a few things we like to point out: There's a couple of uneven surfaces/steps - one over the vestibule step as you enter the house; one between the hallway and the lounge and one going into the top floor left hand bedroom - please share this info with your guests and be aware. The two upstairs bathrooms have sliding bolt door locks on the inside - please don't allow young children to use them unsupervised. The light switches to the two master bedrooms are located behind the doors! IV. DO NOT TURN OFF the switch that says HEAT on the wall above the tumbledryers - this will disable your hot water and heating!
