Life is simple at this peaceful and centrally located home on quiet, wooded property. 5 min drive to village of Katonah and train station to NYC. Must have car as area is off highway, no sidewalks. For more than 1 month see listing “Convienient Single Living” Newly renovated apt/suite. Bdrm w/ full bed, desk, TV and seating area, kitchenette w/stovetop, microwave and toaster oven. Full bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Private entrance, parking in driveway and access to laundry room. The space Quiet suburban neighborhood on one acre with easy access to Katonah, Danbury and NYC by car. *Winter/spring rate is for long term stays until June. Private studio: bedroom, kitchenette and full bathroom w/separate tub and shower are a suite attached my home (see photos) with guest entrance at back. Guest access Park in driveway and follow auto-lighted path up wood stairs to guest entrance. No access to main house.
