The Living area is an open room with a combination living room and dining area with leather sofas and a beautiful eight person square high top table where everybody can sit around and play games and share meals . We also have a TV with some live cable channels as well as the ability to use the smart TV features. The kitchen has butcher block counters with all the amenities for cooking your family meals. This open room walks out to a 20 x 16 deck . Where you could enjoy dining on the out door table that features a propane fire feature if you want ambiance. The new grill is on the deck. The deck also has hanging lights for extra atmosphere. Out the kitchen door is a fenced in backyard with plug in decorative lights. Our home is Very private with no Neighbors in sight but if you need them just walk down the dirt driveway and they are there. Downstairs is the entrance into our home where you will find a front loader washer and dryer, a leather sofa and another TV, a kitchenette area with a full fridge, microwave, and a kitchen sink. There is a Queen Bed with two twin beds in a large room with a bathroom. The new heating system keeps this space cozy and warm. Please know that The indoor wood stove should only be used permissions from host. A fire pit is located out front with wood. Hose is not far if needed. Guest access The entire home is yours. Bring your bike to Highland park. Bring your snow mobile to take the trails to everywhere! Pack your ski stuff or your hiking clothes and head to Gunstock. Go shopping in Tilton at the Tanger outlet , head to Concerts in Gilford, enjoy the opera house in Laconia as well as the historic Colonial Theater. Other things to note This home is run on an artisan well and septic system. Be aware of water use when we are in a drought. It is very important NOT to flush anything except the Scotts toilet paper provided. If you prefer to bring fluffy toilet paper bring it along but please dispose in the trash can. There is no smoking inside the house please. This includes No Vaping and NO Marijuana Please, please be considerate of future guests because these odors are very hard to remove before a new guest arrives. Trash bags, dish soap for dish washer and sink provided. Kitchen towels provided. Coffee pot and French press. There is a 4 slice toaster, electric water kettle, pressure cooker, large pot for lobster or stew, large crock pot, place setting and silver-wear for 8 people. Bath soap and shampoo to start is provided. There are hair dryers in each bathroom. Spices-coffee-tea-butter-baggies-tin foil and Saran wrap to get you started.
