Upstairs: • 2 Bedrooms: One with a full bed, the other with a king bed & TV • Luxury Bathroom: Italian tile, dual walk-in shower heads & double sinks • Open Living & Dining Area: Leather sofas, 8-person high-top table for meals & games • Smart TV with some live cable channels • Fully Equipped Kitchen with butcher block counters • Large Deck (20x16): Outdoor dining table, new grill, and hanging lights • Fenced Backyard with decorative lights Downstairs: • Private Entrance with front-loader washer & dryer • Lounge Area: Leather sofa, TV, and kitchenette (full fridge, microwave, sink) • Large Bedroom: 1 Queen bed & 2 twin beds with a bathroom • New Heating System for a cozy stay Extras: • Fire pit with wood provided ( check with owner for town safety on the fires during extra dry season in high wind days as it may cause a forest fire) • Indoor wood stove (use with host’s permission) Secluded & Peaceful: No neighbors in sight, but they’re just down the driveway if needed. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy! • Bring your bike to Highland Park. • Ski or hike at Gunstock. • Shop at Tanger Outlets in Tilton. • Catch a concert in Gilford. • Enjoy a show at the Laconia Opera House or the historic Colonial Theater. Other things to note House Rules & Amenities • Water & Septic: The home runs on an artesian well and septic system. During droughts, please conserve water. Only flush the provided Scott’s toilet paper. If you bring your own, dispose of it in the trash. • No Smoking, Vaping, or Marijuana: Please do not smoke inside, including vaping and marijuana. These odors are difficult to remove for future guests. • Guests & Events: No parties. If you want to invite additional guests for the day, please check with the host. For events, let’s discuss. • Provided Essentials: • Trash bags, dish soap, and kitchen towels • Coffee pot & French press • 4-slice toaster, electric kettle, pressure cooker, crockpot, large lobster/stew pot • Tableware & silverware for 8 • Starter bath soap, shampoo, and hair dryers in each bathroom • Spices, coffee, tea, butter, baggies, foil, and wrap to get you started • Hot Tub: Do not change the temperature or cycles. There’s a $200 fee to reset from the company that maintains the tub.
