This lower level bedroom includes a queen bed. A dedicated bathroom is located right next to the bedroom. Shared use of the kitchen and living room. No hosting of parties. Only registered guests permitted on-site. Allergy Alert: Our cat has free range of the house. Although he doesn't normally spend time in these rooms, he will go in them if you leave the door open. Spacious bedroom includes one queen bed, a desk, a step-in closet, and a 43" smart TV with about 30 over-the-air antenna TV channels. Guest access Guests may park one car in the driveway. Use of the Kitchen is ok. If you hope to use the kitchen for an extensive amount of time (ie. cooking a multi-course or holiday meal) please discuss that at the time of booking. If you would like to use the Washer, Dryer, or EV Charger - please request that in advance. Charge of $10/day for EV charger use. During your stay My family lives in this house so you will often see us in the common areas. We also have a bedroom on our main floor that is listed on AirBNB so you may see other guests in the common areas. We expect noise levels to be respectful at all times. We try to greet guests in-person but have a keypad lock if we are unable to greet you in-person or you will be checking in late. Other things to note This space can accommodate up to three total guests, only two of which may be adults. All guests must be over 18 years old unless staying with an adult family member. Breakfast is not provided.
