The space This property is simple, clean, and cozy, with comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests. If needed, we can host one additional guest upon request—just contact the host to make arrangements. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house. The property includes an outdoor shower, a small side yard, and a designated smoking area outside. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Other things to note Unfortunately, in our area of Puerto Rico, there is no public transportation such as Uber or Lyft, so it is highly recommended that you rent a car at the airport to get around the island. Also, please keep in mind that we live on an island, which means things may be a bit different from what you're used to in the United States. Occasionally, but rarely, we experience power or internet outages, but typically, service is restored within a few hours. We do not offer refunds for power outages or any other unforeseen events that are beyond our control.
