3 bedrooms with air-conditioning with remote control, 8 beds, with accommodation for up to 12 people, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 outdoor showers, security system with electric fence, 2+ secure garage, high-speed internet, HD TV, 5 min drive from the beach, barbecue area with barbecue, laundry area, full kitchen. The house is located in the central area of Guriri, 1 km from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, butcher shops and water park. We do not offer bed linens, bath linens or pillows. Other things to note You must present a driver's license or photo ID at check-in for security and verification. House rules: Do not disconnect, tamper with, cover, or modify in any way the Internet Security Cameras or Electric Fence. You will be 100% responsible for the outcome and damages; the Police and Air BnB will be notified of this violation. Do not leave air-conditioners on when going to the beach or leaving the house. The units will freeze and leak water, causing damage. You will be responsible for the repair costs.
