Guest access The complex rule is to call the host or cohost for gate access, which is done with pleasure at anytime of the day or night. The keys will be accessed from the keypad using a pin code provided. The whole apartment is for the guests and is not shared with anyone. Free cleaning once a week for guests booked for more than a week, but if required anytime it is billed for at R250. Only the booked in guests are allowed to sleep in the apartment No parties or events. R350 is levied for lost keys. No electric heaters or fans are not allowed in the apartment, a minimum fee of R500 will be charged for going against this rule.
