Tower 15 Unit 846 Surely you will enjoy your stay here, as this property is well maintained with 24 hours security and just walking distance to popular restaurant and malls like SM Fairview, Ayala Terraces and Robinson's Mall. Massage and Spa service is just one call away if you want to have a relaxing treat while staying in our unit. The space PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING IN. Our simple but very clean and sanitized, relaxing, cozy 30sqm 2BR unit is smoke and pet free unit, well-maintained with 2 fully air-conditioned rooms, comfortable living, dining area and well -equipped kitchenette and clean toilet and shower ( to be upgrade soon) Note: Tv is available but currently antenna is not properly working, but there's a usb and hdmi connector available that you can use if you want to watch movie,please bring your own usb. WIFI is currently not available will be available next month, that's why rental rate is cheaper compare to standard rate for 2 bedroom unit. All appliances are well maintained and working properly like, air-conditioning, fridge, washing machine, conduction cooker, rice cooker,electric water kettle,bread toaster so please use it properly or else there will be a charge for any damages or missing stuffs inside our unit. POOL ACCESS One day use ticket pass Php 150 per pax on weekdays and weekends. Php 300 per pax on holidays. PARKING IS NOT FREE! Parking is not included with the unit daily rates. But if you want to avail a parking please let me know, subject for availability and daily rates applies. Daily rates is Php 220, but I can give discounts depend on number of stay. EXTRA PERSON IS NOT FREE Daily rates applies and discount available depend on number of stay. Keys will be hand over to you upon check in and will collect and inspect the unit before check out. Check in time 2pm ,Check out 12pm You can request for different check in and check out time it will depend on unit and my co-host or assistant availability. Requirement upon booking Valid I.D per adult guest. We don't charge for cleaning,please maintained cleanliness inside the unit and use all stuffs properly and please clean the unit as you go.
