Feel-good artist apartment with balcony

My apartment is located in the beautiful Agnesviertel directly on Lohsepark. The space My apartment is 60 m² and is located in the beautiful Agnesviertel, right by Lohsepark. The spacious living room as the heart of the apartment invites you to dine together at the large dining table, or simply to relax on the large (sleeping) sofa. On the wall is a large smart TV with Bose soundbar (easy to connect via Bluetooth) and underneath is a piano (you are welcome to play the piano/guitar). I like to "breathe" in the apartment and have decorated my apartment in a minimalist way. From there you can also access the balcony directly. There is a lot of sun in the apartment and on the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need. There are two beautiful bedrooms with 1.40 m beds. In the bathroom there is a bathtub/shower with the shower curtain of the Cologne "Skyline." Other things to note The apartment is centrally located and in 20 minutes you can walk to the cathedral and downtown or the Rhine promenade. Feel free to check out my guidebook.
