Located in the heart of the magnificent village of Auriol, “Mon Brin de Lavande” is the perfect house for your stays in Provence. The front yard allows you to easily park your vehicle while enjoying a bench shaded by a beautiful hazel tree. Once inside the house, you enjoy a large living room with a lounge area with two convertible sofas to accommodate four people (sleeping) as well as two armchairs to relax with a good book or in front of a good film. You can cook delicious dishes with fresh market produce in the splendid kitchen offered in this house. Fully equipped and furnished with care so that everything is functional. The room is equipped with two double beds, one of which is on the mezzanine to accommodate the maximum number of guests with the greatest comfort. “Mon Brin de Lavande” has two toilets, one of which is in the spacious, freshly renovated shower to make the most of your stay. The house is also equipped with its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. At the back of the house, an adorable garden with a patio with everything you need to have your lunch in the shade of the olive tree. “Un brin de Lavande” is bordered by the Huveaune which will guide you to the city center to enjoy all the starters, but especially the real market on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Barely twenty minutes by car and HOP! You can bask on the beautiful Mediterranean beaches. Guest access Access: You can park a car in the front yard. The gate is rather narrow. It should be kept locked when you leave for the day. There are additional parking spots in the street along the quay. You have access to two private outdoor spaces as well as the outdoor cabana where you’ll find the chaise lounges. To access the house, there are a few steps to climb. There is no access to the crawl space under the house. Equipment: The house is equipped with AC. Please turn it off when you open the windows or leave for the day. There will be an additional fee associated with surplus energy consumption. There is also an alarm at your disposal. The instructions for the alarm use will be provided at your request. We provide sheets, towels, comforters, pillows, and assorted blankets. The small laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, sink, dryer, iron, and iron board. To dry the clothes, we recommend using the laundry rack outside whenever possible. The dryer is a re-circulating batch dryer. Instructions on how to use all the equipment are provided. Pets: If you bring a pet, please clean after your pet including in all the outdoor spaces and protect furniture with additional sheets.
