The space 🏠 Cabin Layout Overview First Floor The main level features a renovated full bathroom with a tub, a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a Smart TV—perfect for relaxing evenings. Log in to your favorite streaming apps and unwind after a day of adventure. The fully updated kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home: ☕ Coffee maker, oven, blender, baking sheets, utensils, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. 🧺 A washer and dryer are located in the adjoining laundry area, which also has a separate private entrance. Second Floor Upstairs offers two separate sleeping areas: 🛏️ The loft includes two full beds and one twin bed, plus two dressers, a closet, and a Smart TV—great for kids or extra guests. 🛌 The private primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a half bathroom, its own TV, and a closet for storage. Outdoor Space The fully fenced backyard is perfect for dogs and outdoor fun. Enjoy a: 🔥 Fire pit for evening hangouts 🍔 Propane BBQ for grilling 🪑 Cozy seating area to relax with friends and family under the pines Parking 🚗 The flat driveway makes winter access easy, with space for large vehicles—and even room for a boat or trailer if you're heading to the lake! Guest access Guests have full access to the home and fully fenced yard. Please note that a few locked owner’s closets are not available for guest use. Other things to note Our cabin is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, with many full-time residents nearby. We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours after 10 PM to ensure a relaxing environment for everyone. Excessive noise complaints reported to Airbnb or local code enforcement may result in fines of up to $1,000 from the county. ✔All outside lights, including porch lights must be off by 11 PM if not in use per the Dark Sky Initiative passed throughout Big Bear Valley. ✔️4 Guest max occupancy and 2 vehicles premitted. ✔ 2 Dogs allowed with 40.00 deposit per pet. Guests are responsible for clean up after pets. Guest will be charged additionally if extra cleaning or repairs are required as a result of pet behavior. Pets are not to be left alone inside or outside the property. We will allow pets to be breifly crated if absolutely necessary. ✔ No smoking indoors: A $250 fee will apply for smoking inside. Please smoke outside and dispose of waste properly—we truly appreciate your cooperation! ✔ Big Bear requires that every car have chains with them during November to April, even when there is no snow. We provide plow service after 4 inches of snowfall accumulation. Please be prepared that you may need to shovel snow during the winter. ✔️Please note that our reclining sofa is not plugged in because county regulations don’t allow extension cords in short-term rentals. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding! ✔️Please be aware that Big Bear has strict code enforcement regarding trash.
