Master BR and Master BA in shared 2BR/2BA central downtown apt available for short term rental only. Fully furnished including linens and towels, high speed internet, Direct TV, 24 hr concierge, garage parking attendant, gym and laundry. No pets, save service animals allowed. No free parking on premises. Paid hourly and overnight visitor parking available in building on a first come, first served basis. The space 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo located in the heart of the city with unobstructed due west mountain views. Need I say more :) Guest access Guests welcome and encouraged to make use of entire apartment space and amenities including outdoor grill and jacuzzi tub. Smoking is permitted, however, on outside deck only. During your stay Although I adore my apartment and am available 24/7 for any guest issues, I'm afraid that I spend very little precious time in the apt and as such do not always, regrettably, have an opportunity to personally interact with my guests during their stay. That being said, the upside is that, although a shared space, my guests can expect and do in fact enjoy an above average level of privacy and freedom for significantly less than the price of a downtown hotel room. Other things to note Master Suite contains linens, towels, iron/ironing board, hair dryer and most essential travel sundries. Coffee and tea provided along with milk, almond milk and cream, and a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill are available for use as well as a jacuzzi tub located in the front bathroom.
