All bedrooms have double sunblock curtains and fluffy duvets. Everything you need for a good night sleep Guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment. Guests can also use the garden. there we have soccer goals, trampoline and basketball hoop for kids to play with. We offer free parking on site. We give our guests space to enjoy their holiday without our interference. If needed we are at reach at all times. We live upstairs and guest's are welcome to knock on our door if needing any assistance. The whole island is really safe and the neighborhood is quiet and calm. The apartment in a short walking distance from downtown, swimming pool and all the main attractions of the island. You need to take a ferry ride from the mainland to get to the island. The ferry ride takes about 40 minutes. You can bring your car along if you'd like. To book a ride, visit herjolfur ( the ferry) website. When arrived to the island you don't really need a car if you don't mind walking. I still recommend having a stroller with you if you have young kids. We can provide you with a simple stroller for kids 1-4/5 years old when needed.
