The Dairy is an idyllic rural 3 bedroom barn conversion nestled in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside. The open plan living area comprises of kitchen, dining & lounge, great for socialising. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms all with kingsize beds, one converts to a twin, all with ensuite bathrooms. The large private garden has a luxurious wood fired hot tub with spectacular views over the fields. Nearby are lots of things to see & do, so take some time away, come & relax at The Dairy. The space Our property is all on one level, tiled throughout with travertine tiles & underfloor heating in each room on separate thermostats. There is one main open plan area which compromises of the kitchen, dining and living area. Enough seating at the table for 6 guests and seats on the sofa for 6. Off this room at either ends are 2 hallways, one has bedroom 3 and en-suite. Down the other hallway is bedroom 1&2 and en-suites. All beds are king size and with lovely comfortable mattresses. Towels are provided for each guest for the bathrooms and the hot tub. From the kitchen area are double doors into the garden and patio area. The garden is fenced with a 4ft post and rail fence and a 5ft brick wall on the one side, so very secure for children and dogs. The garden path leads down to another parking area if it’s needed.
