5 minutes from the center of Alençon, located in North Sarthe in the small village of Champfleur, in a quiet and green environment, close to the forest of Perseigne and 15 km from the Alpes Mancelles, Patrick welcomes you to a part of his property (attached house with independent enclosed outdoor space and independent entrance). The nearby environment offers many outdoor activities (hiking, greenway, Saint Cénery, Sillé beach) and cultural activities (museum, cinema, music) The space The accommodation includes: on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, a small cozy living room with a single bed (90 x 190), a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs a large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), another bed (120 x 190 cm), and a desk. A second bedroom with double bed (140 x 190). Terrace with barbecue and independent garden (about 300 m2) Suitable for 6/7 people if family with children, or for 4 adults on a business trip. Sheets are provided but not towels. During the winter months a central boiler room ensures a temperature of 18 degrees (+ or - 0.5) the additional heating is provided by a pellet stove (supply included as needed) Guest access A laundry room with washing machine can be accessed upon request. Shared Wi-Fi with the owner Other things to note The downstairs bedroom and the living room are wheelchair accessible (190 x 140 cm medical bed with electric up/down control). The doors on the ground floor are all compliant with PMR standards, including the bathroom. However, the bathroom does not meet accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility (PRM) with regard to the toilet, shower and sink.
