The heart of the home is a spacious chef's kitchen perfect for gathering: Large island with seating for four Stainless steel appliances and ample counter space Adjacent dining area with a table for four in a bright bay window Relax in the cozy living room, accessible through original historic sliding doors, featuring a comfy sofa and a Smart TV with Hulu+Live TV (no ads). This home offers flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests across four bedrooms: Upstairs Level: Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size Casper mattress, armoire, dedicated workspace, and a private half-bath. A separate, shared shower room is also on this floor. The remaining bedroom will be locked during your stay. Lower Level: Two complete bedroom suites, each with a queen-size Casper mattress, armoire, workspace, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include: A full laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. A unique lower-level tornado shelter that doubles as a second living room/media den with comfortable seating and another Smart TV. A welcoming front porch with rockers and an outdoor dining area. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, with the exception of one locked owner's bedroom. This includes all four guest bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, both living areas, the laundry room, and all outdoor spaces. Self Check-In: Enjoy seamless and flexible arrival with our keyless entry system. You will receive your unique access code prior to check-in. Parking: Guests have access to a dedicated three-space carport for convenient, off-street parking. We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their stay.
