Located in a stylish new development right on St Kilda Road, this is a bright and airy one-bedroom apartment with a king bed and a double sofa bed. Less than 10 mins walk from central St Kilda, allocated parking for one car, and tram stops right outside the building, this is a great base to experience St Kilda and Melbourne at its best. Please read the full listing below before booking to ensure you have all the important information to give you the best possible stay. The space This one bedroom apartment is located on level 5 looking towards South Yarra and the City skylines with far-ranging views making the living room a great place to relax and watch the clouds float past. In the living room is a double-size sofa bed which also serves as additional seating for the dining table if needed. Bedding is provided for the sofa bed when a booking for 3 or more people is made. The internal bedroom has a window through the living room to let in light during the day and there is a privacy blind when needed in the evening. The bedroom features a large king bed which comes with fitted sheet, flat sheet, four pillows and an all-season doona/quilt. One large, allocated parking space is available for guest use in the secure underground car park. Please note there is a strict height limit of 2.1m for car park access. Right outside the building is the bustling St Kilda Road where you will find tram stops that will take you into the heart of Melbourne. For city-dwellers, the sound from the road will be pretty standard for you but for those living in the country, please be aware you may notice vehicle and tram noise more than usual. On the ground floor of the building, accessed from outside, is Dear Liza, one of the best breakfast and lunch spots in the area open from 8.30am to 2.30pm on weekdays and 9am to 3pm on weekends. You won't have far to go for a relaxed and delicious brunch when staying here! This property is managed by Holiday Rentals Australia, a professional and licenced dedicated holiday rental agency. By choosing to book with professionals, you can be assured your stay is in the best possible hands. Bookings for Christmas and New Year's Eve require a minimum 4 night stay. Any instant-book booking that do not comply with this will need to be cancelled. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment for your stay and no internal space is shared. Other things to note All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and detailed information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket and train station plus maps of Melbourne for those not familiar with the area. All bedding and towels are included for 2-4 people as booked (note one bath towel per person) along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days. Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment. Please note as we continue to improve the property over time the furniture and furnishings may change from those shown in the photos.
