The space A lovely light spacious Hideaway set into the hillside with views of the valley, gardens and wild hillside meadow and lots of lovely little luxuries!! Our hideaway is part of the Newland Valley Estate. This listing is for our 3 bedroom hillside hideaway. Our hillside hideaway has 2 bathrooms (one an ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen, a good sized living room /dining area. Extra guests on request at £100 per adult. We have a sofa bed, Z-bed and 2 pop up small singles, on request. Please enquire for more details on our all-inclusive offerings and experiences including catering and themed banquet meals. We also have a separate properties: Showman wagon The Showman wagon has a Superking size bed and ensuite bathroom (shower) as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The Buttery Sleeps 10, adjacent to Tan House Newland, less than a minute's walk away. Please see our other listings. Outdoors: Hot tub, Seating area, Wood-Fired Pizza Oven, Kamado Egg BBQ, and Fire Bowl. Hire them all for £250 or just the Hot Tub for £160 Extra wood (£40/barrow) and charcoal (£25/bag) are available. - Pets on request for an extra £150. - A fee is chargeable to charge electric cars. Important Notes: -The property is not fully fenced and there are ponds and streams running throughout the grounds so please be cautious with children and anyone unsteady on their feet. - No parties please, we aim to maintain a peaceful environment - 11 pm outdoors noise curfew; no outdoor speakers or karaoke. Your hosts may ask you to keep down noise if they receive complaints. - We live nearby to attend to guest's needs. - No more guests than booked via airbnb platform- they will be turned away unless agreed beforehand Other things to note The Forest of Dean is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It’s not unusual to spot owls, deer, pheasants, otters and other wondrous sights. There are also quite a few farms around us protecting their livestock. With this comes responsibility so please close gates after you on public byways and give nature a wide berth. We provide fire pits and BBQs but please exercise caution with fire as you would at home. Please always keep a bucket of water to hand and your wits about you, especially if you are with children or anyone vulnerable. Please observe our Quiet Hours outdoors of 11pm to 9am.
