On the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and consists of the following: - a large living room with sofa bed (1 seat), a dining table and a large TV screen - a beautiful kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and condiments provided...) - a large bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of storage - a second bedroom, with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm - a bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer available - a separate toilet with toilet paper provided - a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board - modern air conditioning 🖥 In both bedrooms, a workspace has been set up with a fiber Wi-Fi connection if you want to telecommute (a screen is also available) The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. 🧺 Linens are provided for your stay (sheets and bath towels). Travel cot available as needed. 📍Restaurants, shops, cafés, public transport, everything is within walking distance from the apartment. Finally, the apartment is tastefully decorated to make you feel at home! Guest access 🔑 Check-in instructions will be available 48:00 to 24:00 before your arrival, directly on your reservation in the "How to access the accommodation" section. 🛎 The keys are to be collected at the reception of the Ibis hotel, which is located at 46 Rue Sainte, a few meters from the building. 🧳 The Ibis hotel offers a luggage storage service (between €4 and €8) allowing you to make your arrival/departure more flexible and without constraints. Guests have access to the entire apartment. ⚠️ It is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. Other things to note 🛏 Linens Sheets, one towel per person and a kitchen towel are provided for short stays. For stays longer than a week, a change of linen is possible upon request.
