It is located on the second floor of the Agriturismo Fondo Gioconda (accessible by stairs) and is equipped with: - a king-size bed with a 180x200 topper, bedding, duvets, two pillows per guest; - alternatively two single king beds 90x200 at the request of the guest; - independent heating, air conditioning and mosquito nets in all windows; - Smart TV/Netflix; - free wi-fi throughout the Property; - lock with magnetic tile; - coffee maker with capsules at guests' disposal; - kettle for tea; - minibar; - sofa/sofa bed; - private bathroom with window, glass shower and towel warmer, toiletries, personal hygiene products, hairdryer, slippers; - change of towels and daily room reset; On the ground floor: washing machine with detergent available to guests, drying rack, iron, and ironing board; Important: - to ensure maximum tranquility, the farm is reserved only for adult guests or families with children over 12 years of age. - breakfast or catering service is not carried out. HOW TO GET TO THE FONDO GIOCONDA FARMHOUSE. The Fondo Gioconda Farmhouse is easily reached by your own means of transportation. Being surrounded by the countryside, the facility is not served by the public transportation network (no bus, no tram), so to get around our area and reach Venice, Treviso or other beautiful places you need to have your own car. If you are traveling by plane, we recommend renting a car at the Marco Polo Airport in Venice or at the Canova Airport in Treviso. If you're traveling by train, we recommend stopping at the Mestre train station, renting a car and coming to us. During your stay Check-in: 4:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Late check-in: we do not have staff available after 10:00 p.m., so check-in after 10:00 p.m. is not possible. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of any changes, early arrivals or late departures. In any case, our guests can contact us for any problems or requests. Parking and entrance are illuminated. Our farmhouse is about 4 km (5 minutes by car) from Quarto d'Altino train station. The station has free parking and from here you can take trains that arrive directly at Venice Santa Lucia train station in the historic center of Venice.
