This lovely wing of grand, pre-war Apartment is fully furnished with a Twin Bed, comfy reading Chair, corner Desk with rolling Chair, Dresser, Shelf, Art Work a small private Refrigerator and a large Closet. Guests may share Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry and lovely Gardens with the quiet owners. Easy move-in for International Students and those who seek the convenience of a dorm, but with more privacy and features. The space There are high ceilings, hardwood floors with area rugs. All Utilities including Wi-Fi are included. A Kim Clark "Clouds" Mural is above the bed. It is a small suite, with a complete and elegant bijou sensibility. Guest access Share Dining Room and Kitchen. There is a Laundry in the building. During your stay Very little. I usually retreat to my own suite. I enjoy catching up with guests in the common rooms, and if anyone is watching TV, sometimes we'll break out popcorn or snacks and watch together. Other things to note We have a cute, aloof but friendly 55# dog. He is not permitted in any Bedrooms, (not even our own). We do not accept smoking of any kind and will not house smokers.
