The space This is a two story unit with a living room, dining area, full kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths and a utility room. The living room has a flat screen TV which provides streaming videos, a ceiling fan and high ceilings. The living room has a long couch. The kitchen has a granite counter top with tiled backsplash and the needed kitchen necessities for the stay. Both bathrooms have tubs with showers with towels. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, while the upstairs has a queen bed in each of the two upstairs bedrooms, with pillows, sheets, comforter and extra blankets if needed for when the ceiling fans are on. One of the upstairs bedrooms also has a futon couch that foldout into a comfy bed. Guest access Guest have access to the home’s private driveway for parking two mid size cars, no street parking available, the unit's fenced backyard and the neighborhood beach park which is within walking distance, three blocks away.
