Centrally located in the vibrant Ashford Avenue with direct access to the Condado Lagoon and walking distance to the famous Geronimo Beach and to major Hotels. Experience everything that San Juan has to offer including local Restaurants, Night Clubs, Casinos, and Convention Centers. Short driving distance from the SJU Airport, Port of San Juan, and famous Old San Juan. The space Spectacular Lagoon View was carefully designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people in our two queen size beds with one spacious bathroom. Apartment is equipped with kitchen, cooking utensils, stove, fridge,microwave,air conditioner, LED HDTV with Netflix and High Speed Internet access. Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels and a cooler for your convenience. Guest access We will provide you with a key to access the Building and the common areas such as lobby, laundry and main entrance gate. You can also access the Condado Lagoon from the backyard of the Building. Other things to note Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Proper clothing is required when accessing the common areas of the Bldg to be respectful of our neighbors. This is a Residential Building. Please be conscious of loud noises after hours. Our property quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community and Building HOA, so we appreciate you following the “house rules” during your stay. We use smart home technology to improve the hosting experience. A NoiseAware device is installed inside of the property. The NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (in decibels dB) and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
