The space House is situated on a double lot with large side yard. Plenty of room for outdoor games. Very large gated deck to keep little ones safe with lots of seating. Fenced in back yard. House has king bed in upstairs master, two other upstairs bedrooms with queen beds and downstairs bedroom with a full bed. Pull out couch on first floor is full size. Central air on first floor, window AC in master, fans in all other rooms. Downstairs area is open concept and very roomy. Living room has large sectional couch with stone fireplace. Guest access Guests will have access to entire house minus the shed. Large deck box situated on deck will have beach chairs and a few miscellaneous beach toys. Other things to note Guests are encouraged to bring their own coolers and life jackets. Also strongly recommend a beach wagon to transport items to and from beach.
