We are close to 210 freeway, 13 minutes drive to Pasadena city college, 10 minutes drive to Arboretum botanical garden, famous Santa Anita Racetrack and the Santa Anita park are only 1.6 miles away. Our house is at the end of a cul de sac street, quiet and peaceful with lovely birds and wildlife visitors. It’s a great place to stay for your vacation. The space Our newly built guest house features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. All the rooms have large windows and the living room area has high ceiling with skylight. All the kitchen appliances are high quality brand new that you can enjoy your stay like home. Guest access The whole guest house is all yours plus a lovely yard with lots of plants and flowers. Other things to note What is so special about our property is we have lots of wildlife living around here. You can find deers, raccoons, squirrels, fox, bobcats, bears and coyotes, and many birds ..we’re truly animals lovers
