Cozy 1 bedroom condo in central of Flagler Beach

Planning a trip away where you can spend time soaking in all that Flagler Beach has to offer? This is the place for you. One block away from Flagler Beach pier you can park your car and walk to any of the nearby restaurants, shops or spend the day on our unique beach. The unit is on the first floor just steps away from the pool area. A queen bed with a mini split above to provide comfort during those hot days after spending the day or night out and about. The space 11 units are tucked within the safety of a gated area that has a shared pool and grilling area. This unit is in a premium area in relation to the community pool area. There is a small sitting area in from of the condo and you are welcome to take in the ocean air park while being just steps away from the fridge for any needed refreshments. The unit is perfect for a couple, girls night out, guys golfing or fishing trip, or a small family get away. The kitchen has a stovetop, full size refrigerator and fully stocked cabinets for anything you may need. You can access the bathroom from the bedroom or the living area and there is a small table that can be extended and pulled off the wall where it is located. The minisplit is housed in the bedroom so the doors should stay open to circulated the cool air. Make the space as cold or as warm as you want with the switch of a button on the remote. 50” roku TV in the living area and a 32” roku TV to enjoy some time cozied up in the queen bed after a long day out and about. Guest access You will have access to a free laundry room that is stocked with pool “toys”. The pool is available to any who rent from these units and a grilling area and designated smoking area are available. Other things to note There is no designated parking at this property. Parking in Flagler Beach is free but it is first come first serve. The great news though is that once you are parked everything is just a short walk away. The beach is just across the street.
