The Tertre aux Chevaux country house will offer you a stay in the heart of nature to enjoy with family or friends. The house is ideally located between Châtelaudren and Quintin, two charming small towns with character. Composed of 4 bedrooms, a large living room, an equipped kitchen, a veranda, two bathrooms and terrace, comfort will be at your fingertips. Surrounded by greenery, the one-hectare property is not overlooked, offering you great tranquility. Bed linens included. The space Geographical location: Guests can enjoy local shops (banks, bakeries, butcher, caterers, summer market, bars, restaurants, etc.) in the towns of Châtelaudren and Quintin (small towns of character, less than 10 minutes away). St Brieuc SNCF train station is 20 minutes away, Guingamp SNCF train station is 15 minutes away. The Tertre aux Chevaux country house is a peaceful place, surrounded by greenery, old oaks, meadows with our animals (cow, mares and small foals born this year). You will arrive by old tree-lined paths for an immediate holiday feel. The house is an architect's house, recently renovated. It has a living room area, kitchen of 70 m². The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishes, kitchenware). The living room area has several relaxation areas (reading corner, 120 cm TV, Wi-Fi connection). Adjacent to these spaces, you will enjoy the 35 m² veranda, open to the garden thanks to its bay windows. On the ground floor, the first bedroom (Queen size bed - new bedding), has its own shower room and plenty of storage. For the happiness of its guests, it has its own access to the garden. Upstairs, a first bedroom (Queen size bed – new bedding) will offer you a beautiful view of the meadow. You will find two other bedrooms (90 cm bed – new bedding), with two beds each. Bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is available on this floor. For guests' convenience, a reading/movie/games area has been set up on this floor (cushions, rugs, bench, 120 TV with HDMI cable. Also dressing area (more than 4 linear meters of storage). It will allow everyone to enjoy their space during the stay. The house has a garage and a private parking space. For your stay, you can enjoy two terraces adjoining the house (picnic table, garden furniture, deckchair). As well as a wooden platform in the heart of the trees. Built around a tree trunk, it will offer you a bucolic setting to disconnect from everyday life... You will be able to move around on a one-hectare plot, secure with respect to our animals.
