The space has 3 bedrooms and 2 newly renovated full bathrooms. The beautifully renovated kitchen is well appointed with new appliances along with dishwasher and laundry room. There is plenty of room to prepare your gourmet meals or mix tropical drinks. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms have oak hardwood floors through out. Wifi is available and 43" Roku TV in living room. There is a large covered deck to relax in the shade of the live oaks. An outdoor shower is provided down stairs which is shared with the downstairs tenant. There is a strict noise ordinance in this residential neighborhood as well as a downstairs tenant to be mindful of. No parties , events, or additional guests, not on reservation are permitted. Guest access You and your guests will have private access to the entire upstairs of this 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage. Shared space is the outdoor shower and driveway. Latitude adjustment parking is on the left side of the driveway, which is shared by the downstairs tenant. Other things to note There is an outdoor charcoal park grill available in the front of the cottage down stairs and and outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach.... both of these amenities are shared with the downstairs tenant.
