* Please read entire description before booking* Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We have TVs with streaming apps, board games, DVDs and a gym. Enjoy the trampoline and playhouse in the backyard or the view from the balcony. The house is very spacious with a lot of windows for natural light. You may access the entire house minus some locked closets that will have cleaning supplies. We have two additional units in premise. The guest house has their own backyard (lower level) and private entrance. Backhouse has tenants as well with their private entrance and share the backyard with the main house. The tenants in the backhouse are available to help with anything you need. Great neighborhood. Amazing neighbors. Community pool is available during late June-end of August. Close to the 14 Freeway, Vons, Rite Aid, Mail center, tailor/cleaners, In-N-Out, Subway, Donut shop, Round Table Pizza and multiple gas stations Our large bulldog/pitbull dog will be staying with the tenants of the guest house. During your stay he will be in an enclosed area. He will not have access to the main house. Due to the pet on premise, we do not allow other pets. We will have a welcome binder with specific rules to maintain the safety of the guests and cleanliness of the house. There is a community pool down the street that is only open during the summer and their pool hours change from time to time.
